Elomi Group is a B2B software engineering company based in Tubarão, Santa Catarina, Brazil. We build payment systems, distributed services, and data platforms for enterprise clients. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Elomi Group is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

02Data we collect
We only collect data that you actively provide or that is strictly necessary to operate the site:
- Contact details you submit — when you use our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the message you write.
- Technical data — our server temporarily processes your IP address to protect the contact form against abuse (rate limiting). It is not used to identify or profile you.
- Cookie preferences — your consent choice is stored locally in your browser so we don't ask again on every visit.
03How we use your data
We use the data above exclusively to:
- Respond to your inquiry and start the business conversation you requested.
- Protect the website and contact form against abuse.
- Remember your cookie consent choice.
04Cookies and analytics
This site shows a consent banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary functionality — such as remembering your consent choice — does not require consent.
We use Umami, a privacy-first analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our site. Umami is cookieless, does not collect personal data, and loads only after you opt in through the cookie banner. If you decline or withdraw consent, no analytics scripts run. We do not use any marketing or advertising trackers.
05Who we share data with
We use Resend, an email delivery provider, to deliver contact form messages to our inbox. Your name, email address, and message pass through their infrastructure for that sole purpose.
We may also disclose data where required by law or a competent authority. We never sell your personal data, and we don't share it for advertising.
06Data retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that follows. Rate-limiting data is held in server memory only and expires within one hour. Your cookie preference stays in your browser until you clear it or reset it via “Cookie Settings” in the footer.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Brazilian residents have specific rights under the LGPD — see our dedicated LGPD page for details.
