    LGPD — Data Protection

    Last updated: June 9, 2026

Elomi Group processes personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law — Lei nº 13.709/2018 (“LGPD”). This page summarizes how we comply and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject.

    01Data controller

Elomi Group, based in Tubarão, Santa Catarina, Brazil, acts as the controller for personal data collected through this website. For all data protection matters, contact contact@elomigroup.com.

    02What we process and why

Our processing is minimal and purpose-bound:

    • Contact form data (name, email address, message) — to respond to your inquiry.
    • IP address — processed transiently to rate-limit the contact form and prevent abuse.
    • Cookie consent preference — stored in your browser to respect your choice.

    03Legal bases

We rely on the following legal bases under Article 7 of the LGPD:

    • Procedures preliminary to a contract (Art. 7, V) — responding to inquiries you send about our services.
    • Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX) — protecting the site against abuse through rate limiting.
    • Consent (Art. 7, I) — our Umami analytics (cookieless) and any future marketing cookies, which only run if you opt in.

    04Your rights (Article 18)

As a data subject, you may request from us at any time:

    • Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it.
    • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
    • Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data.
    • Portability of your data to another provider.
    • Deletion of data processed on the basis of consent.
    • Information about the entities we share data with.
    • Information about your option to refuse consent and the consequences of doing so.
    • Revocation of consent at any time.

    05How to exercise your rights

Email contact@elomigroup.com with your request. We will confirm your identity and respond within the timeframes set by the LGPD and ANPD guidance.

You also have the right to petition the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD) regarding your data.

    06International data transfers

Contact form messages are delivered through Resend, an email provider that processes data on infrastructure outside Brazil. These transfers rely on contractual safeguards consistent with Article 33 of the LGPD, and the data is used solely to deliver your message to us.

    07Security

We apply technical and organizational measures proportionate to the small amount of data we handle: encrypted transport (HTTPS), minimal collection, no persistent tracking, and restricted access to inquiry data.
